1. Select the Account to be debited, i.e. Current/Savings Account;
2. Select 'Other Services'
3. Select 'More Services'
4. Select 'Prepaid Services';
5. Select 'Hotlink Top Up (Pinless)';
6. Select the 'Denominations';
7. Key in Mobile Number;
8. Press the 'Confirm' button;
9. Receipt printed.

Steps on how to top-up Hotlink prepaid service via CDT (Cash Deposit Terminal)

1. Select 'Prepaid Top-up';
2. Key-in MyKad Number/Passport Number;
3. Select 'Hotlink Top Up Ticket';
4. Select the 'Denominations';
5. Key in Malaysian Mobile Number;
6. Press the 'Confirm' button;
7. Insert cash into the shutter;
8. Verify cash amount deposited then Press the 'Confirm' button;
9. Receipt printed.
