You can now purchase Air Asia flight ticket through Public Bank ATMs.The service is made available to retail customers of PBB Bankcard holders.

Step on how to pay online for Air Asia seats through ATM

1. Contact AirAsia's Call Centre to check for seat availability. AirAsia's Call Centre will create a reservation and return a Booking Number (PNR) and a PO Number (6 digit numeric) which is valid for 24 hours* (* AirAsia reserves the right to review the validity of the PO Number).
2. Customer goes to PBB's ATM, insert the PBB Bankcard into the ATM, select preferred language and enter the Personal Identification Number ("PIN").
3. Select account type, i.e. Savings or Current Account and select "OTHER SERVICES" from the Main Menu screen.
4. Select "MORE SERVICES" followed by "AIRASIA INQUIRY/PAYMENT" option.
5. Thereafter, key in the PO Number (6 digits numeric) obtained from AirAsia's Call Centre.
6. The confirmation screen will display Customer Name, Amount, PO Number, PNR Number, Origin-Destination and Payment Status.
7. Select "PAY" Button. Upon successful completion of the AirAsia PO Payment transaction, the ATM will print the ATM advice slip with details of the said transaction.

Service charge of RM0.50 will be charged for each and every successful transaction.
